 Why Evaluation Matters

Testing isn't an afterthought at AOA — it's a core part of how every student learns. Here's what the Central Board of Evaluation is built to do.

Independent by Design

Our evaluation team sits apart from the coaching and training team, so results are never softened or skewed — just clear, honest feedback.

Tested at Key Intervals

Skills are checked at important, regular intervals throughout the learning journey — not just once a year.

Strengths & Gaps, Named Clearly

Every evaluation pinpoints exactly where a student is excelling and exactly where they need more focused practice.

Built for Faster Mastery

Clear, targeted feedback is what lets students master each level faster and produce genuinely high-speed results.

From Evaluation to Mastery

Every Olympiad and Level Up result feeds straight back into a student's learning plan — so the next round of coaching targets exactly what they need, and progress compounds faster with each cycle.

The Complete Level Up Testing Format

Every Abacus level is scored across dedicated timed sections — here's exactly what's tested, and how many questions to expect, at every level.

100

Every one of the 10 levels is built to exactly 100 questions, split across 3–8 timed sections that match that level's skills — from single-digit addition at Level 1 to percentages, square roots and number theory (LCM/HCF) at Level 10. Each level is open to three age groups: Group A (4–7 yrs), Group B (8–10 yrs) and Group C (11–18 yrs).
